You can delete your Jadwal account and the associated data we control. This page is for people who still have the app, and for people who have already uninstalled it.
1. Delete by email
Email us from the same address as your Jadwal account:
- Subject: Delete my account
- Send from the email address registered to your Jadwal account
- Include your username if you remember it (optional, but helpful)
We will verify the request and delete associated user data we control, subject to short technical delays and any data we must retain for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
2. Delete in the app
If you still have Jadwal installed, you can also delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account.
3. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete associated data we control, including your profile, memorisation plans, progress, quiz results, preferences, and feedback linked to your account. Crash logs and provider logs may be retained according to those providers’ retention practices. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
